The Vision Behind LUXE
LUXE Steakhouse & Cellar was born from owner Jack Suleiman’s vision of bringing a truly elevated steakhouse and wine experience to Eastport. He envisioned a restaurant that felt refined and luxurious while remaining warm, welcoming and rooted in genuine hospitality, a destination where guests could gather, celebrate and create lasting memories.
Jack has taken a hands-on role in bringing every part of LUXE to life. From shaping the restaurant’s atmosphere to working closely with our chef, culinary team and pastry chef to create and refine the menu, his attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire experience. Every selection reflects his vision for exceptional quality, thoughtful presentation and a restaurant unlike anything else in the community.

At the heart of LUXE is a menu built around quality, creativity and craftsmanship. Our selection of USDA Prime, Wagyu and dry-aged steaks is sourced through LINZ Meats, known for its commitment to consistency and excellence. Working alongside Jack, our culinary team has developed a menu that extends beyond traditional steakhouse favorites with fresh seafood, thoughtfully composed entrées, tableside specialties and modern interpretations of classic dishes. The experience is completed by handcrafted desserts created by our pastry chef, giving every meal a memorable final course.

RGM Restaurants
LUXE is the newest addition to RGM Restaurants, owned by Jack Suleiman and also home to Redsauce, Glenview Country Club and Mallory Hill Country Club. Each restaurant offers its own distinct atmosphere and menu while sharing the same dedication to quality food, attentive service and meaningful connections within The Villages community. Together, the four concepts reflect RGM Restaurants’ continued commitment to creating places where guests feel welcomed and every visit feels special.
